Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt) Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days if order is shipped in Cairo and 5-7 business days outside Cairo.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@lousco.net. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Lou's is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
